At Prideaux, we're building a premium jewelry brand based on identity, emotion, and inclusivity something the industry has never truly done before.

And I'm looking for someone who can work directly with me to turn ideas into execution.

Role Overview

We are looking for someone who can work closely with the founder and ensure that ideas turn into execution.

This is not a routine job it's for someone who takes ownership and gets things done without constant follow-ups.

What You'll Do

• Manage and track daily tasks and ensure timely execution
• Coordinate with team (marketing, vendors, developers)
• Ensure social media, shoots, and content happen on time
• Monitor website, orders, and basic operations
• Support in research, planning, and growth ideas

Who This Role Is For

• Someone who is organized, proactive, and disciplined
• Strong follow-up and communication skills
• Comfortable using tools (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Can handle multiple tasks in a startup environment
• Has a figure it out mindset

Experience

• 23 years experience
• Freshers with strong mindset can apply

Working Details

Location: Katargam, Surat

Time: 10 AM 7 PM (MonSat) Sun if needed

Salary will be based on capability and growth potential.
