Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Architect located in Borivali. The Project Architect will lead architectural design and development processes, prepare submittals, ensure projects align with client expectations, and oversee the integration of sustainable practices such as LEED. Responsibilities include working with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, managing projects from concept to completion, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Submittals and Project Management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) and relevant licensure is a plus
• Experience in sustainable design practices is advantageous
• Ability to handle on-site responsibilities and meet project deadlines
