Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Project Architect. The Project Architect will collaborate with a team of creative professionals to conceptualize and execute architectural designs, oversee project management, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. The role requires coordination with clients, contractors, and consultants, while adhering to sustainable design practices and leveraging modern design tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
• Strong Project Management and organizational skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
