Project Architect

This is a full-time, on-site Project Architect role based in Bengaluru. The Project Architect will oversee project design and construction processes, from planning and developing architectural plans to collaborating with construction teams. Responsibilities include preparing submittals and ensuring compliance with project specifications, managing building information models (BIM), and integrating sustainable design principles. The role also involves coordination with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and timelines are achieved.

• Proficiency in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Experience with Submittals and Project Management
• Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and sustainable building practices
• Strong communication, teamwork, and client interaction skills
• Ability to manage projects effectively, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
