Role Description The Project Architect at Tescon Green will lead design and coordination for residential and commercial projects, ensuring architectural concepts are translated into practical, buildable solutions. This full-time, on-site role in Thane involves preparing and reviewing drawings, specifications, and submittals; coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams; and overseeing design compliance with project requirements, building codes, and sustainability goals. The Project Architect will manage project timelines, support BIM-based workflows, and contribute to design reviews and value engineering. The role also includes site visits to monitor construction progress, address design-related issues, and maintain alignment between design intent and execution.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Architecture, including concept development, space planning, and construction detailing.
- Experience handling Submittals, technical documentation, and coordination with consultants and contractors.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination.
- Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) or similar green building standards.
- Hands-on experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows (e.g., Revit or similar software).
- Relevant degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site and interface with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the Mumbai/Thane region is highly beneficial.
