Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Architect, based in New Delhi. The Project Architect will oversee the end-to-end design and execution of architectural projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and project goals. Responsibilities include producing detailed architectural plans, managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, supervising construction processes, and ensuring adherence to environmental and sustainable design principles.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Knowledge of Submittals and Project Management methodologies
- Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration capabilities to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related fields
- Professional licensure or equivalent certifications in Architecture
- Experience in urban planning or environmental design is an advantage
