Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect based in New Delhi. The Project Architect will oversee architectural designs, manage project plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality execution of projects. Key tasks include handling project submittals, employing Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools, ensuring compliance with green building standards (LEED), and conducting quality assessments at various project stages.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture principles, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and Submittal processes
- Knowledge or certification in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards
- Strong skills in Project Management, including the ability to oversee design processes and ensure timely delivery
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to sustainability in design
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience with interior and urban planning is a plus
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
