Primary Responsibilities
- Pass on to others what you have already learned.
- Keep PL's, PM's & Director informed of changes in scope or schedule.
- Delegate tasks and provide direction to junior staff.
- Lead the production team to create, assemble and issue client deliverables utilizing CAD, Revit, MicroStation, Sketchup or other medium.
- Provide corrections, revisions, red line changes and comments to junior staff.
- Coordinate work between staff and consultants.
- Revise drawings per RFI's, bulletins and addendums
- Issue documents for bids and permits.
- Perform job site visits to review progress of construction; prepare and issue field reports.
- Implement ways to improve production methods
Additional Responsibilities
- Support PM/PL in developing proposals, budgets and bids and construction administration services.
- Conducts site surveys.
- Demonstrate understanding of how daily activities impact the icons.
- Actively pursue IDP completion and professional licensure or certification.
- Going through local codes and bye-laws
- Presentation skills, assist to PM's for presentation for India projects (Over a period of time)
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Proficient in CAD and Revit
