Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Architect based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility of working from home on certain days. The Project Architect will oversee architectural designs from concept to completion, actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects adhere to design, budget, and timeline specifications. Responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing submittals, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring sustainability standards and other roles specified by the firm. Candidates will also manage construction documentation and provide project oversight to fulfill client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and interiors including supervision to oversee design and execution phases effectively
• Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards and sustainable design principles would be an added bonus
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to dynamic environments, and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Professional Architecture licensure and relevant certifications are a plus
• Experience- 1-2 years of on site experience at an Architectural firm.
