Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of US and/or Middle East building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Work on a diverse range of projects including Residential, Commercial, and Industrial developments.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to design, layout, and detail architectural components and systems.
- Resolve design challenges and provide technical guidance to ensure project efficiency and quality.
- Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations, timelines, and industry standards.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical support to team members.
Requirements
- B.Arch or M.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Proven experience working on US and/or Middle East region projects.
- Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
