Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Project Architect. The Project Architect will oversee the architectural design process, collaborate with clients and team members, manage project timelines, and prepare submittals. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with sustainability standards like LEED, integrating Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools, and managing project execution to meet quality benchmarks and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Architecture and a strong understanding of design principles
• Expertise in preparing Submittals and managing documentation processes
• Strong Project Management skills with the ability to oversee timelines, resources, and budgets
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
• A degree in Architecture or a related field; a professional license is a plus
• Experience managing projects from concept to completion is advantageous
