Role and Responsibilities:
Demand and Change Management executives will play a key role for sourcing and onboarding for the client, will be required to coordinate with multiple stakeholders from different teams within ANSR and client team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Will be the primary point of contact for project demand and change management.
- Will be required to work closely with the ANSR recruitment team, ANSR operations Team Client team, setting up regular cadence to update the progress.
- Will be responsible for creating demand reports based on requests from ANSR and Client leadership.
Experience and Requirements
Required Experience and Skills:
- Any Graduate from reputed institute
- 3-4 years of experience in any project management roles
- Strong communication skills both written and Verbal
- High level of proficiency in MS Office
- Understanding of recruitment life cycle
