Role Description
- Group Strategic Analytics (GSA) is part of Group Chief Operating Office (COO) which acts as the bridge between the Bank's businesses and infrastructure functions to help deliver the efficiency, control, and transformation goals of the Bank.
- The CRM Change function within GSA is responsible for driving and facilitating regulatory compliance, strategic transformation and process re-engineering programmes of work in relation to managing the E2E credit life cycle. The delivery of change requires close collaboration with key functions outside of Credit, namely Risk Methodology, Front Office, Finance and Risk IT.
- As a project manager you will be responsible for managing deliveries within the Bank's Credit Risk Re-engineering KD, managing throughout the entire project lifecycle, providing project management expertise, ensuring the interlock with the bank's strategic programmes to modernise and streamline the core risk management processes and supporting systems.
- This specific role will focus on remediation of identified IFRS 9 deficiencies and require engagement with all areas of the bank to ensure specific deliverables are managed on an End-to-End basis from inception through to delivery.

Your key responsibilities
- Create andmaintaina structured project plans with clear milestones and timelines, with supporting tracking mechanisms.
- Develop project/ product & change artefacts during the change lifecycle, e.g., scope, business case, communication, training plans.
- Ensuresuccessful user adoptionof the value and strategic outcomesaligned tothe initiatives includingsuccessfultransition into the organisation'sprocesses and technologies.
- Report progress and escalate issuesacross the book of work transparently, undertaking active risk, issue and dependencytokeep stakeholdersinformed.
- Builda deep understanding and/orleveragingSME knowledge,to ensureunderstanding of the business outcomestoarticulate requirements.
- Source and document details on process,metricsand datain order toexecute the change mandate.
Your skills and experience
Knowledge, skills and experience:
- Experience delivering complex regulatory remediation programs, ideally with experience in Credit Risk Management
- Proven ability to lead delivery in large, matrixed organisations, coordinating stakeholders across Front Office, Risk, Finance, Technology and external consultancies.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing target operating models, governance frameworks, policies, procedures and control environments.
- Advanced project management capability, including planning, dependency management, RAID, milestone tracking, financial oversight and senior management reporting, with hands-on use of Clarity.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior sponsors, committees, and regulators.
- Resilient and delivery-focused, with the ability to operate under pressure against time sensitive project status reporting and fixed regulatory deadlines while maintaining quality, control and transparency.
