Job Title: Project Administrator
Role Overview
LEDFlex Group was established in 2010 after identifying a gap in the market for a more comprehensive range of linear lighting products and has now grown into a leading technology supplier. We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets. At LEDFlex we continue to lead the way in performance, efficiency and ecological friendly exterior and interior projects.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, have experience
in a similar role, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ideally you will be
located in Hyderabad, India.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Raising quotations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for the estimation
process, including product specifications, pricing, and lead times.
- Manage and maintain client databases.
- Communicate with customers via email and phone to provide product information, answer
queries and resolve issues.
- Generating reports.
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and communicate internally
important feedback.
- Supporting the sales team with general operations to help reach the team's objectives.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our product line.
Skills Required
- Minimum 2 to 4 Years experience in Estimations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry
- Being proactive and flexible.
- Good interpersonal skills and professional manner.
- Ability to work well alone and as part of a team.
- A can-do attitude.
- Organised, focused and meticulous approach to work with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous. Strong
communication skills in English.

- Desirable Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM and 05:00 PM - 02:00
AM, with a one-hour break.
