Key Responsibilities:
- Design, create, and maintain advanced Google Sheets spreadsheets, utilizing complex formulas and functions to solve business problems.
- Optimize and enhance existing spreadsheets: Continuously review and refine current worksheets to improve their performance, speed, and efficiency.
- Automate data processing tasks using formulas and integrations with Google Apps Script (JavaScript optional but preferred).
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing Google Sheets workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
- Document processes, formulas, and best practices to ensure consistency and
- knowledge sharing across the team.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Sheets features and integrations to continually enhance the capabilities of our spreadsheets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets: Deep understanding of advanced formulas and functions (e.g., ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH,IMPORTRANGE, REGEXMATCH, etc.).
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with experience in data manipulation, cleansing, and analysis within Google Sheets.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to translate business requirements into efficient spreadsheet solutions.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in formula creation and data management.
Optional but Preferred Skills:
- Google Apps Script (JavaScript): Experience or willingness to learn Google Apps Script for automation and custom functions in Google Sheets.
