Role Summary
- Source and close international software development projects
- Act as a consultant / intermediary between client and delivery team
- Handle initial discussions, requirement discovery, and deal closure
- Work closely with our leadership team during pre-sales
Commission Structure (Example)
- Minimum Project Size: USD 30,000+
- Target Threshold: USD 30K
- Earnings Structure:
- Base commission up to the threshold
- 100% of the deal value above the threshold is yours
- No cap on earnings
