Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Progressive Stamping Tool Design Assistant Manager, based in Baddi. The role involves overseeing the design and development of progressive stamping tools, collaborating with clients to meet design specifications, and ensuring the implementation of best practices in tool design. The Assistant Manager will also lead a team of designers, manage project timelines, provide technical support, and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills and ability to provide excellent Customer Service
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and an aptitude for designing complex tools
- Experience with Graphic Design or Interior Design is an added advantage
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and experience in managing teams
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in tool design or manufacturing is highly preferred
