Programming Head-Radio

Role

• Ideation on new on-air programs, promos, contests & game shows, programming led ground events and new properties.
• Manage the sound-scape of the station through appropriate process and system interventions.
• Play list Management & Packaging elements such as program promos, channel promos, program bumpers, sweepers, liners, etc.
• Supervising the creative and quality of Program Promos / Channel Promos and other packaging elements.
• Providing creative alternatives and innovative solutions that help generate and boost ad spend.
• Contributing to copywriting, selling and production of commercials and thus aid revenue generation through creative assistance.

Other

• Must be creative and possess a good understanding of the local markets.
• Exposure to handling creative teams is mandatory
• Must be fluent in English & Tamil
