Role Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking Programme Manager to lead the delivery of strategic real estate programmes across the APAC region. This role is critical to enabling workplace transformation initiatives, ensuring the property portfolio supports business growth, operational efficiency, sustainability, and an enhanced employee experience. The role involves managing complex, multi-site programmes and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver outcomes aligned with organisational strategy and workplace standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programme Leadership: Lead the planning, mobilisation, and execution of large-scale, multi-site property programmes across APAC in alignment with global workplace strategy.
  • Portfolio Transformation: Deliver site consolidations, relocations, refurbishments, and new developments with a strong focus on sustainability, diversity, health, and safety.
  • Financial Management: Manage programme budgets, interpret financial models, and ensure delivery within budget with clear, measurable business benefits.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Real Estate, Technology, Engineering, People, and external partners to ensure successful programme delivery.
  • Governance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, manage risks proactively, and maintain compliance with internal policies and regional regulations.
  • Planning & Execution: Develop and execute programme plans aligned to business objectives and timelines.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance programme delivery, controls, and reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional programme teams, ensuring accountability, high performance, and clear communication.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Real Estate, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional certification or membership (e.g., RICS, PMP) is desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in programme management, particularly within real estate or workplace transformation environments.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven record of delivering complex corporate real estate programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of programme and project management methodologies (e.g., MSP, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Experience leading programmes across APAC markets.
