Programme Manager - Portfolio Navigator Management Services

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of the Portfolio Navigator Management Services project, a strategic initiative that will transform how clients interact with and optimize their real estate portfolios. This role requires a seasoned programme management professional who can orchestrate complex, multi-workstream initiatives while delivering exceptional business value through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Portfolio Navigator Management Services project, ensuring alignment with Portfolio Services strategic objectives and client value propositions
  • Develop comprehensive programme roadmap with clear milestones, dependencies, and success criteria that support REMS Board vision for next-generation portfolio management
  • Establish programme governance framework including stakeholder management protocols, risk mitigation strategies, and quality assurance processes
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Technology, Product Management, Client Services, and Regional Operations to ensure unified programme delivery

Portfolio Navigator Platform Development

  • Oversee development and implementation of intelligent portfolio navigation capabilities that enable clients to optimize real estate performance and decision-making
  • Manage integration of Portfolio Navigator with PortfolioOS ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow and unified user experience across Portfolio Services platforms
  • Drive implementation of AI-powered analytics, predictive modeling, and automated reporting capabilities within Portfolio Navigator platform
  • Ensure Portfolio Navigator delivers measurable client value through enhanced portfolio visibility, optimization recommendations, and strategic insights

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Manage complex stakeholder ecosystem including global Portfolio Services leadership, regional delivery teams, technology partners, and key client representatives
  • Provide executive-level programme reporting to Portfolio Services leadership and REMS Board, highlighting progress, risks, and strategic opportunities
  • Facilitate programme alignment across multiple time zones, cultures, and organizational levels while maintaining clear communication and unified objectives
  • Lead client engagement activities including requirement gathering, solution validation, and deployment planning for Portfolio Navigator implementation

Programme Execution Excellence

  • Implement robust programme management processes including agile delivery methodologies, quality gates, and continuous improvement mechanisms
  • Manage programme budget exceeding $[X]M with full accountability for resource allocation, cost optimization, and ROI delivery
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams including platform development, data integration, user experience design, and client onboarding processes
  • Ensure programme delivery meets quality standards, timeline commitments, and budget constraints while exceeding stakeholder expectations

Innovation & Future-State Development

  • Drive innovation in portfolio management service delivery through Portfolio Navigator capabilities that differentiate JLL in the competitive landscape
  • Establish framework for continuous platform evolution based on client feedback, market trends, and emerging technology opportunities
  • Create scalable delivery model that enables Portfolio Navigator expansion across global markets and diverse client segments
  • Position Portfolio Navigator as industry-leading solution that sets new standards for commercial real estate portfolio management

Required Qualifications

Programme Management Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of programme management experience with proven track record of delivering complex, multi-million dollar technology initiatives
  • Expert-level programme management skills including stakeholder management, risk mitigation, budget management, and quality assurance
  • Professional programme management certification (PMP, MSP, or equivalent) with demonstrated application of best practices

Technology & Platform Experience

  • Extensive experience managing technology platform development including SaaS solutions, data integration, and user experience optimization
  • Understanding of real estate technology ecosystem with preference for portfolio management, lease administration, or transaction management platforms
  • Knowledge of AI/ML integration, predictive analytics, and automated reporting within enterprise software solutions
  • Experience with cloud platforms, API development, and enterprise system integration methodologies

Industry & Domain Knowledge

  • Commercial real estate industry experience with deep understanding of portfolio management processes, client needs, and market dynamics
  • Portfolio Services knowledge including transaction management, lease administration, consulting, and client relationship management
  • Understanding of real estate data structures, reporting requirements, and regulatory compliance considerations
  • Experience working with sophisticated real estate clients and understanding their portfolio optimization objectives

Leadership & Communication Skills

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams exceeding 20+ members across multiple geographic locations and organizational levels
  • Executive communication skills with ability to present complex programme information to C-level stakeholders and board members
  • Change management expertise including stakeholder alignment, adoption planning, and organizational transformation leadership
  • Crisis management and problem-solving capabilities for handling complex programme challenges and unexpected obstacles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Portfolio Services or similar real estate services experience within JLL or comparable organization
  • Experience with PortfolioOS platform or similar enterprise real estate technology solutions
  • Global programme management experience across multiple markets and regulatory environments
  • Client-facing experience including requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment management

  • On-time, on-budget delivery of Portfolio Navigator Management Services platform
  • Achievement of client adoption targets and user satisfaction scores exceeding 90%
