The Programme Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects, ensuring they align with company goals and client expectations. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are met. The role requires identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies, maintaining project documentation, and fostering effective communication among stakeholders. This is a full-time on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

• Project Management skills, including planning, budgeting, risk assessment, and scheduling
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and conflict resolution abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in using project management tools, methodologies, and software
• Technical understanding of advanced technologies such as IoT, AI, and cloud computing is a plus
• Relevant educational background, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or related fields
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects successfully
• Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work under tight deadlines
