PROGRAMME EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Market the programme to SMEs, institutions of higher learning, students and external partners through telemarketing and events including career fairs, talks, field trips, etc.
• Handle inquiries on programme from external parties
• Evaluate applications based on the programme criteria
• Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates and facilitate matching between applicants and participating companies
• Follow-up and monitor the status of applicants, study award matches and grant funding through working closely with participating companies
• Provide day-to-day administrative support which includes collation of information, processing applications, maintenance of applicants database and records, generating reports, preparation of documents and filling, etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably a Diploma holder with at least 1-2 years of working experience. (Fresh Graduates may apply)
• An extrovert and vibrant personality would be an value - add
• Posses strong planning and organizing skill
• A good team player and results-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel and Powerpoint
