A leading provider of community healthcare services is seeking to hire a dynamic individual to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of community healthcare programmes and projects.
- Conduct outreach activities and programme sessions to engage clients and the community.
- Develop programme materials and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate between volunteers, staff, and stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery.
- Monitor programme quality, compliance, outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and communications to ensure objectives and deadlines are met.
- Build and maintain partnerships with healthcare and community organisations.
- Prepare programme updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the review, development, and enhancement of services based on client and community needs.
- Undertake other duties and cross-functional responsibilities as assigned by the department.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- At least 2 years of relevant experience candidates with experience in a healthcare setting will be advantageous
- Computer literate, preferably in MS Office, Excel, Word etc.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
