Job Description

Job Title: Programmatic Sales Manager / NBD

Location: Mumbai / Delhi / BLR

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing, target-driven Programmatic Sales Manager to aggressively drive DOOH and digital media revenue. This is a pure sales role, focused on new business acquisition, demand-side partnerships, and unlocking revenue through programmatic platforms and Digital Media agency ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for programmatic DOOH across national and global markets.
  • Identify, target, and close high-value clients through digital media agencies, trading desks, DSPs and direct clients.
  • Own the complete sales cycle – from prospecting, cold outreach, pitching, negotiation to closure.
  • Build a strong pipeline by actively tapping into demand-side ecosystems (GroupM, Dentsu, Publicis, IPG, independent agencies, trading desks).
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for programmatic DOOH solutions in the West/North/East region.
  • Drive direct client acquisition while leveraging agency relationships for scalable demand.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Pitch and position Times OOH programmatic DOOH solutions with a strong ROI-driven narrative.
  • Collaborate with internal ad-ops and tech teams to ensure fast turnaround and seamless execution.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and proactively identify new revenue opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Strong hunter mindset with proven success in closing new business in digital/programmatic advertising.
  • Experience on the demand & supply side (DSPs, SSPs, agency trading desks, digital media agencies).
  • Existing relationships with programmatic buyers, planners, and agency stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic platforms, RTB, and digital media ecosystem.
  • Highly target-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable with aggressive revenue goals.
