The Anjuman Alumni Association Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with alumni of the Anjuman community and fostering engagement through events, communications, and programs. Specific tasks include organizing alumni events, maintaining an up-to-date alumni database, creating newsletters, and acting as a liaison between alumni, the association, and the greater community. This individual will represent the organization in community activities, cultivate relationships with alumni donors, and support initiatives that promote engagement and fundraising. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

• Strong organizational and event planning skills to manage alumni events and activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse alumni network
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing, social media, or CRM software)
• Experience in community management, relationship building, or donor cultivation
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with team members and external contacts
• Prior experience in database management, analytics, and reporting is a plus
• Knowledge of or connection to the Anjuman community is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in public relations, communication, event management, or a related field
