Job Title : Program Delivery Manager

Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

Resource will support our global manufacturing client who is undertaking a major end-to-end Legal and AI-enabled transformation program aimed at modernizing the legal function, optimizing workflows, and implementing next-generation legal technology solutions. We are seeking an experienced Program Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of multiple complex legal tech workstreams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, vendors, and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the global legal transformation programme across multiple regions.
• Manage full end-to-end lifecycle delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Drive integration of AI capabilities into legal workflows, knowledge management, and document processes.
• Oversee delivery across key workstreams including:
• Legal workflow management
• Document management and legal document storage
• Knowledge management hub
• Policy management solutions
• Investigation / mitigation tracking
• Approval processes
• Dashboards, analytics, and demand tracking

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Act as primary point of contact between business stakeholders, legal teams, technology teams, and third-party vendors.
• Facilitate global stakeholder alignment, communication, and change-readiness.

Governance & Reporting

• Establish program governance, risk management, RAID logs, and reporting frameworks.
• Provide regular program status updates to senior leadership and executive sponsors.
• Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues proactively.

Process & Technology Optimization

• Assess current-state legal processes and define future-state operating models.
• Ensure new legal tech solutions meet business requirements, compliance needs, and integration expectations.

Experience & Skills Required

• Proven experience delivering large-scale, global transformation programmes within Legal, Legal Operations, or related corporate functions.
• Strong background in legal technology, workflow tools, document management, knowledge management, or AI-enabled legal solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with vendor evaluation, selection, and management.
• Solid understanding of change management, process optimisation, and operating model design.
• Knowledge of modern AI, automation, and analytics tools is highly desirable.
• Legal operations, consulting, or Big 4 transformation experience is a plus.
