Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to effectively deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements, ensuring that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals. - Monitor project progress and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies. - Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports. - Familiarity with project scheduling tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
