Summary:

As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the successful delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements. You will engage with various stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals, ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards and timelines. Your role will also include facilitating communication among team members and providing updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate project meetings to ensure alignment and clarity among team members.
• Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Atlassian JIRA.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and techniques to track project performance.

• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
