Your typical day will involve defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating across multiple stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the project aligns with the strategic goals of the organization while fostering collaboration among diverse teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive project alignment. - Mentor junior professionals in project management best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey project goals and updates to stakeholders. - Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
