Role Summary
A seasoned delivery leader with over 18 years of experience in system integration and application outsourcing, responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of AI/ML, GenAI, and AgenticAI solutions. This role demands hands-on technical expertise, strong governance capabilities, and cross-functional leadership across enterprise platforms and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle delivery of AI/ML, GenAI, and AgenticAI solutions including demos, sprint reviews, and deployment planning.
Ensure successful execution of complex AI solutions across enterprise environments.
Manage and mentor a team of 20+ professionals across engineering and operations.
Collaborate with client & internal stakeholders across various Accenture functions to align delivery with business goals.
Oversee licensing, subscriptions, and compliance workflows (e.g., Google & AWS licensing and subscriptions).
Own governance and compliance for data platforms including regulatory alignment, application security, and risk assessment tracking.
Drive adoption of SynOps assets including both voice and non-voice intelligent solutions.
Manage stakeholder communications, reporting, and escalation handling.
Required Skills
Deep expertise in Data Engineering, Governance, and AI/ML solutioning.
Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex deployments.
Strong knowledge of GenAI platforms, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with enterprise AgenticAI frameworks is a plus.
Technical Leadership Requirements
Hands-on experience in either:

- Python programming
