Pratham is an innovative learning organization created to improve the quality of education in India. Established in 1995 to provide education to children in the slums of Mumbai, Pratham has grown in both scope and scale, with programs today reaching children and youth across the country.
Tasks
- Mobilising cohort from the catchment and counseling them properly
Organising introduction and orientation sessions with all onboarded ENTs
Conduct the Business Plan sessions with all converted ENTs
Schedule various exposure activities like webinars, seminars, workshops etc.
Regular meetings to assess work progress, Highlight challenges and Constraints
To provide guidance and assistance to them timely
Make prepare their required business compliances and documents
Take proper income evidence like Cashbooks, Bank Statement such records
Evaluate ENTs performance in delivering the required outputs as planned
Ensure the implementation of assigned work plans as per the given timelines
Ensure to meet not only the target but also the outputs and outcomes
Daily reporting to the senior manager of the project or program
Time to time data updation on Pratham's MIS systems
Extensive field work is expected for project implementation and monitoring
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification - Graduation
2-3 years of experience in the relevant field
Willingness to travel extensively
Preferred Two Wheelers
Target and Deadline Oriented
Computer proficiency - MS Office (including Power Excel, Pivot & V Lookup etc.)
Google & AI tool, Canva, Basic Photo & Video Editing and Chat GPT etc.
Would be able to commit to this role at least for one year.
Good Communications Skills with English, Hindi and regional languages
Able to work as a catalyst in the team work with planning and organizing
Who can be a doer with situation handling, decision making and problem solving
Either experience or interest in women's training and youth teaching
