- Drive the BU's P&L and should be able to liaise with the FinMgt team for any gap
- Should drive each vector in the BU's P&L and should ensure the changes in the profitability and cost are reflected vis--vis measures taken towards the same
- Lead the channel strategy for SE in achieving/exceeding the targets assigned, on asset, liabilities and channel profitability by building framework and implementing it through the zonal teams.
- Design and implement initiatives to acquire and deepen liability relationships (CA/SA, CMS, FD) with SE clients.
- Provide technical support and assistance to the business teams, helping to trouble shoot challenges for driving CA business
- Build a monitoring mechanism to track acquisition, resource activation, value build up, etc.
- Must have background to discuss and engage on Committee cases.
- Must know how to handle the team of BAs and RMs in CAM writing and vetting.
Should be able to deep-dive into company's financials and background for each new client to be onboarded.
