Program Manager, Trust and Safety

Role Responsibilities:

• Design and execute programs that integrate anti-abuse strategies across product and engineering teams.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure policy enforcement and improve user safety across platforms.
• Manage full project lifecycles including schedules, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.
• Support integration of new products into protection platforms while optimizing tools and processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with at least 5 years in program/project management.
• Lean Six Sigma certification and experience leading cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage projects across time zones and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
