About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Program Manager to manage trainer onboarding, trainer evaluation, and oversee the end-to-end operations of Intellipaat's learning programs and services. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless trainer engagement, smooth program delivery, operational excellence, and a high-quality learning experience for learners.
Key Responsibilities
Trainer Onboarding & Management
- Manage the complete onboarding process for trainers, mentors, and subject matter experts.
- Coordinate trainer documentation, contracts, compliance checks, and system access.
- Conduct trainer induction sessions and ensure adherence to company guidelines and delivery standards.
- Maintain trainer databases and track trainer performance metrics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for trainers regarding operational and program-related requirements.
- Trainer payout, negotiation and other activities related to trainer onboarding.
Program Operations
- Plan, execute, and monitor internal training programs and learning initiatives.
- Ensure timely scheduling of classes, workshops, webinars, and mentoring sessions.
- Coordinate with academic, content, technology, and support teams for smooth program execution.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal teams including Academics, Sales, Learner Success, Marketing, and Technology.
- Ensure effective communication between trainers and internal stakeholders.
- Escalate and resolve operational issues impacting program delivery.
Reporting & Process Excellence
- Prepare regular MIS reports and operational dashboards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to trainer onboarding, program delivery, and learner satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for onboarding and program operations.
- Drive automation and process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in Program Management, Learning Operations, Academic Operations, Training Operations, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in EdTech, Training, is mandatory.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong price negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing trainers, faculty, or instructor networks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and virtual learning environments.
- Process-driven mindset with attention to detail.
