Responsibilities:

1. Implementing Open Door's Thinking Classroom program in school.
2. Training the teachers on maths concepts, science concepts and pedagogy.
3. Blending the program with the schools lesson plan.
4. Responsible for school retention

Qualifications ans Skills:

1. Btech/Mtech/Msc/Phd from reputed institute like IITs, IISERS, IISc, IIMs etc.
2. Strong academic background
3. In depth knowledge of maths and science concepts
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
