Associate, Program Development (Tech Courses)
Role Overview
The Associate Program Development (Technology) will support the Program Strategy Manager in designing, launching, and scaling industry-relevant technology courses (called as Programs at Imarticus). The role demands strong research and analytical skills, a deep interest in emerging technologies, and an understanding of how learners transition into tech roles. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role contributing to program design, curriculum development, market analysis, and program growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Program Research & Development
- Research emerging trends in software engineering, cloud computing, data science, cybersecurity, AI/GenAI etc to identify new program opportunities.
- Benchmark top technology programs offered by competitors and assist in drafting business cases and curriculum proposals.
- Collaborate with academic partners, industry mentors, and internal teams to support program design.
2. Program Execution & Coordination
- Support end-to-end execution of program development plans, including timelines, quality checks, and coordination across teams.
- Liaise with content, sales, marketing, and placement teams to ensure smooth program rollout and learner experience.
- Track progress on curriculum delivery, SME contributions, and feedback cycles.
3. Program Growth & Optimization
- Analyze learner and sales feedback, NPS scores, and placement data to drive product improvement.
- Contribute to program positioning, learner persona development, and outcome-based storytelling for marketing.
- Maintain dashboards and performance reports for tech programs.
- Train sales teams for new and existing programs.
4. Market & Industry Insights
- Monitor developments in software, AI, cloud, and tech hiring trends to align programs with industry demand.
- Track job roles, certification trends, and skill gaps to support relevant curriculum design.
- Prepare insight notes and competitor analysis reports regularly.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of full-time experience in a technology or tech-adjacent role (e.g., software engineering, cloud, data, product).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Comfort with technology fundamentals (e.g., software engineering, data science, cloud, AI concepts).
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; exposure to tools like Excel, Notion, or project trackers preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools for productivity is a plus.
