Role Overview:

The Program Manager will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive high-impact, cross functional strategic initiatives across product, tech, operations, risk, finance, and growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignmentsomeone who can take ambiguous, high-priority problems and turn them into structured programs with measurable outcomes. You will act as a force multiplier for the leadership team, ensuring that the most important initiatives are delivered on time, with clarity, and with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Leadership & Delivery

Own and drive end-to-end delivery of CEO-priority programs and strategic initiatives

Translate high-level goals into clear charters, milestones, success metrics, and execution plans

Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve risks and bottlenecks

Ensure predictable execution across multiple concurrent programs

2. Cross-Functional Execution

Act as the single-threaded owner coordinating across Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Finance, Legal, and Growth teams

Drive alignment among senior stakeholders with differing priorities

Facilitate decision-making through structured problem framing, data, and clear recommendations Ensure accountability without authority by influencing outcomes

3. Technical & Product Alignment

Partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders to ensure strategic initiatives are technically feasible and well-sequenced

Understand system dependencies, platform constraints, and scalability considerations (without being hands-on technical)

Ensure business goals are translated into clear product and tech requirements

Support prioritization trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term architecture

4. People & Process Excellence

Design and improve operating rhythms such as reviews, planning cadences, dashboards, and executive reporting

Introduce lightweight but effective program management frameworks

Create visibility through clear documentation, trackers, and communication artifacts

Foster a culture of ownership, clarity, and outcome-driven execution

Required Skills & Experience:

2-3 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or Product Operations

Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills; ability to break down ambiguity

Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.

Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA from Tier 1 institutes (IIM A/B/C, ISB, FMS, XLRI)

Background in top-tier consulting, high-growth startups, or scaled tech companies

High comfort working with data, metrics, and dashboards to track outcomes

Familiarity with Agile delivery, OKRs, or program management tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion, Asana, etc.)
