Job Description


Responsibilities

Managing the Security products, services and process from definition to implementation and post-production support with exposure into Cybersecurity (Optional).

Guiding teams through project planning ,Budgeting, identifying outcomes, Handling scrum ceremonies, facilitating story mapping events, project estimations, understanding dependencies and conducting quarterly release planning.

Work closely with teams to ensure the project is progressing to plan and are delivering on their commitments.

Helping teams identify, document, review, and manage risks and dependencies.

Identify, document and drive removal of impediments to team productivity through collaboration with engineering, product leadership and other impacted teams

Facilitate recurring and ad-hoc project meetings that effectively manage and drive projects to success

Ensure that project reporting to both executives and the project teams is well organised, timely and accurate.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience (Agile Project/Program Management/Scrum) in successful delivery of SaaS products and Services.
  • Exposure into cybersecurity and Technical/Development Background is an added advantage
  • Able to manage timelines, identify dependencies, and deliver regular progress reports.
  • Assess problems / risks and develop mitigation plans to avoid impact to the program.
  • Effectively coordinate, motivate, and direct the work of cross-functional resources (e.g., analysts, developers, sales, customer success) to achieve program objectives, leveraging excellent communication and negotiation rather than positional authority
  • Ability to document key processes and procedures and Strong communications skills with drive change management and provide regular leadership updates on the program status
  • Demonstrate the ability to drive and prioritise multiple tracks in a program.
  • Ability to see the big picture and define long-term program value while managing day-to-day operations
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve high-stakes conflicts between internal teams and external customers in a professional, data-driven manner.
  • Ability to lead virtual or matrixed teams of technical experts and influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
  • Willingness to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment and experience in managing cybersecurity programs is a plus.
