Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution delivery and adoption for assigned products/customers.
- Be in charge of the product roadmap, suggest and incorporate new features into the roadmap as necessary.
- Liaison with the engineering and ML team to develop new product features and drive execution as per product roadmap.
- Be In-charge of deployment at some of our key clients.
- Deliver AI SaaS products end-to-end with 2-3 years of experience in AI SAAS based organization.
- Interface seamlessly with customers, product, and tech teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage customer expectations, handle onboarding, and foster long-term satisfaction.
- Support travel for client meetings and implementations.
- Stay attentive to details, proactively resolve issues, and contribute to product feedback loops.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years in product delivery for AI SaaS startups, with hands-on experience in customer-facing roles.
- Proven track record interfacing with customers, product/tech teams, and managing expectations/onboarding.
- Familiarity with AI tools like chatbots
- Attentive, communicative, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field (preferred).
