Role Overview

The Senior Manager Program Management will act as a central Program Owner and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for multiple cross-functional initiatives across HR, Operations, Finance, CEO's Office, Supply Chain, and Tech teams. This role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and execution excellence in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

The individual will manage multiple concurrent projects, align diverse stakeholders, track performance metrics, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of strategic and operational initiatives especially within warehouse, freight, and supply chain tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Program Ownership

  • Drive end-to-end planning and execution of strategic and operational programs
  • Translate business goals into actionable project plans, milestones, and KPIs
  • Support leadership in defining priorities, timelines, and success metrics

2. Project & Program Oversight

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different verticals
  • Track progress, dependencies, and deliverables across programs
  • Ensure timely execution while maintaining quality and business alignment

3. Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with HR, Ops, Finance, CEO Office, Tech, and Supply Chain teams
  • Act as a single point of contact for program communication and escalation
  • Align internal stakeholders with clear ownership, expectations, and outcomes

4. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Build and track dashboards, reports, and analytical insights for leadership
  • Monitor KPIs related to operations, supply chain efficiency, cost, and delivery
  • Use data to drive decision-making, identify gaps, and recommend improvements

5. Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify program risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early
  • Proactively resolve issues and escalate critical risks when required
  • Ensure smooth execution in a dynamic, fast-changing environment

6. Budget & Resource Coordination

  • Support budget planning, cost tracking, and resource allocation
  • Work with Finance and Ops to ensure optimal utilization of resources

7. Supply Chain & Warehouse Tech Exposure

  • Coordinate initiatives related to warehouse operations, freight management, and tech-enabled supply chain solutions
  • Support deployment, scaling, and optimization of logistics and warehouse technology projects

8. Team Collaboration & Performance Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners/vendors
  • Drive accountability, performance tracking, and outcome ownership

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong Program / Project Management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High proficiency in analytics, data interpretation, and reporting
  • Ability to work with 23 or more cross-functional verticals simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and execution mindset

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or Freight Tech
  • Experience in fast-paced startups, consulting, operations, or scaling organizations
  • Familiarity with tools like Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, dashboards, project management tools

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of experience (not a senior industry veteran)
  • Has managed multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Data-driven, execution-focused, and highly adaptable
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and driving programs end-to-end
