Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for data center projects using Primavera and other advanced planning tools.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to quality standards.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and operations teams to align project deliverables with global benchmarks and AdaniConneX's strategic goals.
Ensure efficient resource allocation and utilization across multiple projects.
Drive stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Implement best practices in project management, leveraging Adani Group's expertise in large-scale infrastructure development.
Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to provide actionable insights and track project performance.
Ensure safety and environmental standards are integrated into project execution.
Support the Project Manager in strategic decision-making and operational planning.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project management within the data center or infrastructure sector.
Proficiency in planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera.
Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration or Project Management.
