Health Insurance Program Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Health Insurance Program Manager with a strong background in managing large-scale programs for major health insurance clients. The ideal candidate will possess extensive domain knowledge in health insurance, exceptional program management skills, and a proven track record of senior stakeholder management. This role requires the ability to prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large health insurance programs, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, providing regular updates and insights on program progress.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reports to track program performance and communicate results to senior leadership.
- Utilize strong domain knowledge in health insurance to guide program strategy and execution.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and integration of program objectives across various teams.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges in program execution.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members.
- Leverage any APAC multi-country regional experience to enhance program delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong program management experience in health insurance, with a focus on large programs.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively.
- Expertise in preparing decks, dashboards, and KPI reporting for senior leadership.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Project Management experience is a deal breaker.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a multi-country APAC environment.
- Familiarity with health insurance regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
- 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in program management within the health insurance sector.
