Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Agency Operations Program Manager with a strong background in managing large programs within the agency management space, specifically for a Life Insurance client. The ideal candidate will possess extensive domain knowledge in agency operations and demonstrate exceptional skills in senior stakeholder management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex environments and drive operational excellence across multiple countries in the APAC region.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale agency operations programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
- Develop and implement program strategies, plans, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to communicate program status, risks, and opportunities, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive program success and resolve any operational challenges.
- Monitor program performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular program reviews and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in agency operations and life insurance to inform program strategies.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience in program management, specifically within the agency management space for life insurance clients.
