Role Overview

We're looking for an analytical, proactive, and driven professional to join us as a Program Manager – Operations & Strategy, fluent in Marathi, for our Mumbai office.

In this role, you'll be the strategic and operational bridge between the central business team and the on-ground operations, ensuring our regional centres run efficiently, strategically aligned and business goals are met. A key part of your mandate will be to grow the business in your state by leveraging local insights, customer understanding, and competitive intelligence to influence strategy and execution.

This is not a sales role — it's a business enablement, insights, and process excellence role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence by identifying process gaps and implementing structured solutions.
  • Grow the business in your region by:
  • Leveraging local market insights,
  • Conducting competitive analysis,
  • Recommending targeted strategies for the Maharashtra markets.
  • Monitor key business metrics (productivity, conversion levers, quality, customer experience) and partner with regional teams to improve outcomes.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and uncover insights
  • Collaborate with central Analytics, Product, and Strategy teams to localize and execute state-level initiatives.
  • Run structured program reviews with centre leadership to align goals, track progress, and ensure accountability.
  • Lead special projects focused on process automation, performance improvement, or customer experience enhancement.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, consulting, or a similar role (MBA preferred).
  • Fluent in Marathi along with English
  • Strong command of Excel and SQL.
  • Structured problem solver with strong stakeholder management skills
  • High ownership, bias for action, and comfort in unstructured environments
  • Ability to influence multiple teams without direct authority
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for reviews and implementation
