As part of the vision, ARIPL is hiring for a Program Manager to drive process improvements in partnership with vendors and payments teams for Packaged Foods / Grocery category. The role would be responsible for managing business & vendor relationships across the 3 programs we service – Amazon Fresh, Amazon Now and FBA(Fulfilled by Amazon), in addition to reducing process defects in vendor invoice submission. The role requires comfort with influencing external stakeholders in the vendors organization and internal stakeholders across category, operations and product teams. Key job responsibilities

As a Program Manager, you will focus on delivering a world-class customer experience for the sub-categories that you are responsible for as we rapidly expand and grow our selection from around the world. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring vendor actions are completed on time for us to scale business.

Act as the business owner, possessing a complete understanding (inclusive of the strategic context) of internal and external variables that impact your business (this entails owning forecasting, monitoring, understanding and reporting on the business, along with responsibility for driving projects and operational improvements to achieve business objectives)

  • Have a thorough understanding of the industry, seasonality and business trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments
  • Have a complete understanding of the customer needs, both existing and potential, and use that knowledge to advocate for and drive delivery of operational efficiency improvements for the team of Vendor Managers and Partner teams. Coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external partners, while meeting tight deadlines
  • Manage vendor relationships - manage supplier/partner contracts, manage day-to-day relationships, and negotiate where necessary in addition to driving high standards of controls and compliance with vendors
  • Create business plans for new opportunities and develop and execute project plans for the launch of new features, both systemic and operational in nature

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • 5+ years of Business strategy or Non-Tech Program Management experience
  • 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Master's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • 5+ years of communicating with and presenting to executive and senior audiences experience
  • 5+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience
  • Experience in vendor management

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
