Role Description
The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer success by overseeing the successful implementation and management of enterprise, technology‑based transformation programs for InspireXT clients. The role focuses on driving program delivery excellence, coordinating multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and delivering measurable business value.
The Program Manager will bring strong program and project management capabilities, solid understanding of enterprise technologies, and effective communication skills to manage complex engagements and support long‑term client success.

Key Responsibilities
Program Management
- Manage end‑to‑end delivery of customer value through technology‑enabled solutions, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead and coordinate multiple projects and cross‑functional workstreams, including technical experts, developers, and business analysts.
- Define program scope, objectives, dependencies, and deliverables in alignment with client and business goals.
- Develop and maintain integrated program and project plans; monitor progress and proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across all program stakeholders, providing regular status updates and enabling timely decision‑making.
- Manage program budgets, resource forecasts, and utilization in internal systems, regularly reviewing with internal and client stakeholders.
- Define, apply, and continuously improve delivery methodologies to ensure structured and repeatable execution.
- Be accountable for overall program outcomes against clearly defined success metrics.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key point of contact for clients on program‑level matters, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment throughout the engagement.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Understand client objectives, business processes, and priorities to ensure delivery remains aligned to business outcomes.
- Regularly engage clients to assess satisfaction, identify improvement opportunities, and resolve escalations effectively.
- Collaborate with internal leadership, sales, and delivery teams to support account continuity and identify value‑add opportunities.
- Provide regular program status reports, performance metrics, and insights to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Solution Delivery & Consulting
- Apply strong knowledge of Oracle to support solution delivery and decision‑making.
- Work closely with solution architects and technical leads to ensure systems are implemented according to best practices and client needs.
- Analyse business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency through technology solutions.
- Support pre‑sales and transition activities where required, including solution scoping, client presentations, and proposal inputs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience delivering large‑scale technology programs, including at least 3 end‑to‑end global implementations within complex technology landscapes.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- Program or project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are highly desirable.
- Proven experience managing multi‑project programs in enterprise solution implementation or software deployment environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise platforms and integration architectures (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, custom development).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior client and internal stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and business orientation.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into program delivery plans.
- Self‑driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills, with experience guiding cross‑functional teams toward successful outcomes.
- Proficiency in program and project management tools and methodologies.
- Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
