Key Responsibilities
Program Device Operations
- Own end-to-end CGM operations including device inventory, allocation, onboarding, activation, monitoring, and retrieval (where applicable).
- Manage partnerships with CGM device vendors and logistics partners, ensuring availability and SLA compliance.
- Ensure accurate and timely CGM data availability for doctors, coaches, and internal teams.
- Track and optimize KPIs such as activation rate, adherence, device failure rate, data completeness, and utilization.
Team Management Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of CGM operations executives / coordinators handling daily execution.
- Define roles, workflows, and success metrics for the CGM ops team.
- Drive team productivity, quality standards, and continuous process improvement.
- Handle escalations related to device issues, data gaps, and member concerns.
Cross-Functional Product Collaboration
- Partner with Product and Tech teams to improve CGM dashboards, integrations, and operational tooling.
- Coordinate with Medical and CX teams to ensure smooth member journeys and clinical alignment.
- Support CGM pilot launches, vendor evaluations, and scaling across cohorts and geographies.
Qualifications
- 5 -8 years of experience in program operations, device operations, or healthcare service delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in team management or leading execution pods.
- Strong operational judgment and escalation handling skills.
- Comfort working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Experience in healthtech, medical devices, or hardware-led programs is a strong advantage

Additional Information
The
Program Manager CGM Operations will own the lifecycle of CGM programs while
leading a dedicated CGM operations team. This role focuses on device operations, member onboarding, adherence tracking, and scaling CGM programs with strong operational controls and team accountability.
