The Program Manager is responsible for endtoend delivery, governance, and coordination of the transformation program.
The role ensures predictable execution across business, technology, and vendor teams, managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies in a highcomplexity, highvisibility program
- Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall program plan, milestones, and delivery roadmap
- Drive execution across multiple workstreams and vendors
- Establish and run program governance and reporting forums
- Manage programlevel risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
Ensure alignment
- Required Skills / Must-Have
- 15+ years of experience in program or largescale project management
- Proven delivery of complex transformation or platform programs
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience
- Excellent governance, planning, and communication skills
- Experience in airline domain, retailing, PSS, or large digital platforms
- Exposure to Modern Airline Retailing / Offer & Order concepts
- Nice-to-Have / Preferred Skills
Exposure to B2C channels, Retailing, Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Sabre) systems.
- Education & Qualifications Primary / Preferred Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, IT, or related field
- MBA or equivalent preferred
