Job Description: Program Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives across client accounts. This role involves direct client interaction, stakeholder management, and oversight of account-level operations including invoicing and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET, and a proven ability to manage complex programs in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management

• Establish strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to drive program success.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers to understand their strategic roadmap, and perform periodic health checks. Engage with them both virtually and in person, including travel when necessary, to ensure strong alignment and proactive support.
• Requirement Gathering- Should be able to discuss with customer on any new requirements.
• Facilitate monthly customer cadences, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

Delivery Management

• Oversee and ensure smooth and successful delivery of all projects at the account level.
• Manage fulfilment processes and ensure timely staffing of resources.
• Lead internal review calls with delivery teams to monitor progress and address challenges.
• Collaborate on project proposals to support business growth and client needs.
• Administer the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with both client and internal standards, including Customer Billing Reports (CBRs).
• Implement governance frameworks including risk management, change control, and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Program Manager in a client-facing role.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies including .NET, Azure, Dynamics, Power Platform, and M365 to guide teams and ensure solution alignment.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in managing invoicing and financial processes.

- Ability to travel as required.

- PMP, or similar certification is a plus.
