About the Role

The APM / PM - K12 role involves engaging with schools to promote Masters Union's offerings and drive interest among students, parents, and educators.

Responsibilities

• Lead School Outreach: Take full ownership of conducting engaging sessions and workshops across schools to drive awareness and interest in Masters Union.
• Brand Representation: Represent Masters Union with confidence and professionalism at school fairs, career festivals, and outreach events.
• Program Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Masters Union's undergraduate offerings to effectively communicate value to students, parents, and educators.
• Project Support (Occasional): Contribute to the planning and execution of brand-building initiatives such as High School Startup League, AI Hackathon, Startup Weekend, and Winter Week.
• Strategy & Conversion: Support top-of-funnel growth by creating and executing conversion strategies, including outreach to students and parents through calls or messages.
• Collaboration & Ownership: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement of K12 initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: Fresh graduates from top-tier universities (e.g., DU, DTU, Ashoka, OP Jindal or equivalent) with strong academic and extracurricular credentials.

Required Skills

• High energy, proactive, and takes complete ownership of outcomes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and accept feedback.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong familiarity with using AI tools effectively for daily tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Prior involvement in college clubs, committees, Toastmasters, or event management preferred.

Pay range and compensation package

Compensation: 10-12LPA
